Effective Date: March 17, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the My Event Crew platform ("Platform" or "this Application"), including the mobile application, web-based back office, and any associated APIs or integrations, and any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner, in a legally binding way. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.
All Users must read this document carefully before accessing or using the Platform.
This Application is provided by:
My Event Crew LLC
312 Squankum Yellow Brook Road
Farmingdale, NJ 07727
EIN: 41-4389721
Owner contact email: legal@myeventcrew.app
"This Application" refers to:
• The web-based back office platform accessible via browser, used by Tenant administrators to manage their workforce;
• The My Event Crew mobile application available for iOS and Android, used by Workers and Supervisors;
• Any subdomains or future interfaces through which the Owner makes the Service available;
• The Application Programming Interfaces (API) connecting the above interfaces;
• All associated documentation, source code, scripts, and content provided as part of the Service.
• The Platform is designed for business use: Tenants are companies that register and manage their event workforce, including Workers and Supervisors.
• Workers and Supervisors access the Platform exclusively via the My Event Crew mobile application.
• Tenant administrators manage their team via the web-based back office.
• Usage of this Application is age-restricted: Users must be adults under applicable law.
• The right of withdrawal applies only to European Consumers where applicable.
• This Application uses automatic renewal for paid subscriptions. Details are in the subscription section below.
Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use detailed in this section apply generally when using this Application.
By using this Application, Users confirm that they meet the following requirements:
• Users must be adults as recognized by applicable law;
• Business Users (Tenants) must be duly organized legal entities or sole proprietors authorized to engage in business;
• Users are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country;
• Users are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Platform supports three distinct roles:
• Tenant (Business User): A company or organization that registers on the Platform to manage its event workforce. Tenants access the Platform via the web-based back office and are responsible for their account, invited Workers, and use of the Service.
• Supervisor: An individual invited by a Tenant to oversee and manage assigned Workers. Supervisors access the Platform via the mobile application.
• Worker: An individual invited by a Tenant to perform event-related work. Workers access the Platform exclusively via the mobile application.
To use the Service, Tenant Users must register and create an account, providing all required data in a complete and truthful manner. Failure to do so will cause unavailability of the Service.
Tenants are responsible for inviting and managing Workers and Supervisors within their account. By inviting individuals to the Platform, Tenants confirm they have the lawful basis to do so, including any applicable employment or contractual relationship.
All Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Users must immediately inform the Owner at legal@myeventcrew.app if they believe their credentials have been compromised.
By registering, Tenants agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account, including all actions by Workers and Supervisors they have invited.
Tenant Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting the Owner via the contact details in this document or using the relevant controls in the back office. Terminating a Tenant account will remove access for all associated Workers and Supervisors.
Workers and Supervisors may request removal from a Tenant account by contacting the Tenant administrator or, if applicable, using the relevant controls within the mobile application.
The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice, any account that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. The suspension or deletion of accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages, or reimbursement.
Unless otherwise specified, all content available on this Application is owned by or provided by the Owner or its licensors. The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any such content.
Users may not copy, download, share, modify, translate, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content available on this Application without prior written authorization from the Owner.
Tenants may upload or provide their own content, including workforce schedules, task assignments, employee data, and related operational information.
By providing content to this Application, Tenants confirm they are legally authorized to do so and that no third-party rights or statutory provisions are violated.
Tenants grant the Owner a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to process such content solely for the operation and maintenance of the Platform as contractually required.
Tenants are solely liable for any content they upload or provide through this Application, including data about Workers and Supervisors. Tenants represent that they have obtained all necessary consents, authorizations, and legal bases (including under applicable privacy and employment law) for providing such data.
The Owner reserves the right to remove, delete, or block any content at its discretion and without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms, third-party rights, applicable law, or upon order of a competent authority.
This Application and the Service may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Misrepresenting identity, qualifications, or employment status within the Platform;
• Concealing identity or impersonating another User, employee, or third party;
• Defaming, abusing, harassing, or threatening other Users or third parties;
• Uploading or transmitting malware or any malicious code;
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or its connected systems;
• Using the Platform for spamming or sending unsolicited communications to Workers or Supervisors;
• Tampering with or attempting to disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Platform;
• Using automated scripts or tools to extract, harvest, or scrape information from the Platform without prior written authorization from the Owner.
Tenants may only invite individuals to the Platform with whom they have a legitimate employment, contractor, or agency relationship. The Platform may not be used to:
• Invite or manage workers on behalf of third-party companies without the Owner's prior written permission;
• Use worker data collected through the Platform for purposes outside of legitimate workforce management;
• Facilitate unauthorized subcontracting or staffing arrangements through the Platform.
Using resources of this Application excessively in relation to other Users may result, at the Owner's sole discretion, in account suspension or limitation until usage is normalized.
Sending abusive or excessively frequent requests to the Service via the API is prohibited. The Owner will determine what constitutes abuse and may temporarily or permanently suspend API access, with reasonable prior notice to the User.
The My Event Crew mobile application is available to Workers and Supervisors upon invitation by a registered Tenant. The mobile app allows Workers and Supervisors to:
• View assigned shifts, tasks, and event details;
• Check in and check out at assigned locations;
• Communicate with their Supervisor or Tenant administrator as permitted;
• Access relevant documents, instructions, or resources shared by the Tenant.
The mobile application requires a smartphone or tablet running a supported operating system. The Owner makes no warranty regarding compatibility with all devices. Access to the mobile app is tied to the User's invitation status; removal from a Tenant account results in loss of access.
The web-based back office is available to Tenant administrators and provides tools for:
• Creating and managing Tenant accounts;
• Inviting, managing, and deactivating Workers and Supervisors;
• Scheduling and assigning shifts and tasks;
• Monitoring workforce activity and generating reports;
• Managing billing, subscription, and account settings.
The Owner reserves the right to update, modify, or deprecate features of the back office platform with reasonable advance notice to Tenant Users where practicable.
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Platform, including the mobile application and back office, are held by the Owner and/or its licensors.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Owner grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the Platform solely within the scope and for the purposes of the Service.
This license does not grant Users any rights to access or disclose the Platform's source code, algorithms, or procedures. All rights and license grants shall immediately terminate upon termination or expiration of the Agreement.
The Platform is offered on a subscription basis for Tenant accounts. Fees, features, and plan details are described in the applicable sections of the Platform or in separately agreed Order Forms.
Tenants must select a subscription plan and complete the purchasing process, which includes reviewing the plan details and submitting the order. Submission of an order creates the obligation to pay applicable fees and taxes.
Prices are displayed during the purchasing process, either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes and fees. The Owner reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
All payments are independently processed through third-party payment service providers. The Platform does not directly store payment card details. If payment fails or is refused, the Owner is not obligated to fulfill the order and may claim related costs from the Tenant.
Trial Period
Tenants may access a limited, non-renewable trial period at no cost. Some features may be restricted during the trial. The trial shall automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Fixed-Term Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions begin on the date payment is received and last for the selected term. Upon expiration, access to the Service will cease unless renewed.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed for an equal period using the payment method on file. The Owner will notify Tenants of upcoming renewals with reasonable advance notice, including instructions for cancellation.
Termination of Subscription
Tenants may terminate a subscription by sending a clear written notice to legal@myeventcrew.app or using the corresponding controls in the back office. If notice is received before the renewal date, termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Exception for Consumers Based in Germany
If the User qualifies as a Consumer in Germany: At the end of the initial term, subscriptions are automatically extended for an unlimited period unless the User terminates before the end of such term. Extended subscriptions may be terminated monthly. The User will receive advance notice of the unlimited extension.
Unless exceptions apply, European Consumers may withdraw from a contract within 14 days of entering it, without justification. To exercise this right, Users must send an unequivocal notice of withdrawal to the Owner before the withdrawal period expires.
Upon valid withdrawal, the Owner will reimburse all payments received, using the same payment method as the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
UK Consumers may cancel contracts made online within 14 days for any reason. Where a service has begun upon the User's request before the cancellation period expires, the User shall pay a proportional amount for the service provided up to the point of cancellation.
Consumers in Brazil have the right to withdraw from contracts within 7 days of the date the contract was entered into or receipt of the service, for any reason. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving the regret notice.
The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• The Tenant's use of the Platform;
• Content or data uploaded by the Tenant, including employee data;
• Violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights;
• Failure to obtain proper consents for inviting and managing Workers and Supervisors on the Platform.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Owner's liability for damages is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
In no event shall the Owner be liable for:
• Indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to the Platform or User accounts;
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events, cyber attacks, or infrastructure failures;
• Actions or omissions of Workers, Supervisors, or Tenants.
In any event, the Owner's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the Tenant in the preceding 12 months.
This Application is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of the Service is at the User's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Owner does not warrant that: (a) the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted; (b) results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) the Service will meet all User requirements; or (d) defects will be corrected.
For information about the collection and use of personal data through this Application, Users must refer to the My Event Crew Privacy Policy, available at https://myeventcrew.app/privacy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Tenants are data controllers for the personal data of Workers and Supervisors they invite to the Platform. Tenants are responsible for ensuring a lawful basis for processing such data and for compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
The Owner acts as a data processor in respect of Worker and Supervisor data provided by Tenants, processing such data only as instructed and as necessary to provide the Service. A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.
The Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates, or other operational changes, informing Users appropriately. The Owner may also suspend or discontinue the Service, cooperating with Users to facilitate data export as required by applicable law.
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this Application or Service without the Owner's express prior written permission.
The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If Users do not accept the changes, they may terminate the Agreement.
The Owner may transfer or assign rights and obligations under these Terms, taking User's legitimate interests into account. Users may not assign their rights or obligations without prior written permission of the Owner.
The Owner's failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be interpreted to the extent required to render them valid and consistent with their original intent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Notwithstanding the above, if a User's local consumer protection law provides higher applicable standards, such higher standards shall prevail for qualifying Consumers.
Users may bring disputes to the Owner, who will attempt to resolve them amicably within 2 business days of receipt. Users may submit complaints, with a brief description and relevant account details, to: legal@myeventcrew.app.
Users' rights to take legal action shall always remain unaffected.
Upon termination:
• User grants of licenses survive indefinitely;
• Indemnification obligations survive for 5 years from the date of termination;
• Disclaimer of warranties, indemnity, and limitation of liability provisions survive indefinitely.
By entering into this Agreement, Tenants grant My Event Crew LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to use the Tenant's company name and logo ("Marks") solely for the purpose of identifying the Tenant as a customer on the Platform's website, marketing materials, and presentations.
All uses of Tenant Marks will be in accordance with published brand guidelines or reasonable usage standards. Tenants may revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice to legal@myeventcrew.app, after which the Marks will be removed from new marketing materials within a reasonable period.
My Event Crew LLC may publicly reference Tenant participation in successful events, projects, or milestones, including high-level information such as event name, scope, and type, once publicly announced.
